Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this Early Childhood Educator position is $18.15 to $24.15 per hour, with compensation determined by education and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Bright Horizons Children's Centers. As an educator, you will play a vital role in creating engaging activities based on children's interests and needs. You will also communicate daily with parents, documenting and sharing important milestones in their child's day.

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree.
  • Hold at least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool.
