Job Description

In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging your expertise to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Mentoring and guiding less experienced teachers to ensure seamless classroom management and delivery of exceptional care.
  • Serving as a role model and promoting a growth mindset among colleagues to drive student success.
  • Collaborating with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
  • Fostering strong relationships with families through regular communication and updates on their child's progress.
Requirements

To succeed in this rewarding role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional teaching experience, preferably in Early Childhood Education.
  • An Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
