About the Position:
This entry-level position for RNs with less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience offers a unique opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Registered Nurse in our Outpatient Department, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for working with patients and families affected by End Stage Kidney Disease.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized patient care plans, including administering medications, performing laboratory collections, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. They will also be required to complete CAP requirements to advance in their career and participate in staff training and orientation as assigned.
