Job Overview

PruittHealth is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team of skilled clinicians.

  • You will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address patients' medical needs.
  2. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  3. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner Master's Degree program or Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting.
  • Current and unrestricted licensure in state of practice; Board certification by AANP or ANCC; Current CPR certification.

Salary Range: $ $120,000 - $150,000 per year
