Job Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's image, culture, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for collaboration, a desire to advance within the A/E/C industry, and possess strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, as well as Microsoft Office tools and Smartsheet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop proposal packages under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Draft, edit, proofread, and design proposals, qualifications documents, and presentation materials.
  • Engage in project pursuit initiatives.
  • Maintain and update project information within the company database.
  • Assist in the procurement and branding of company merchandise such as shirts, safety vests, hats, and other promotional items.
  • Prepare general information packets and AIA A305 documents; provide marketing-related information for contractor qualification requirements.
  • Contribute to the design and production of layouts and graphics for proposals, presentations, and various marketing materials, including events and collateral.
  • Participate in pre-proposal meetings and other marketing-related gatherings.
  • Coordinate the planning of assigned events, including conceptualization, theme development, and material preparation.
  • Identify opportunities for sharing ideas through media outlets, conferences, publications, award submissions, and social media.
  • Assist in the design and upkeep of marketing materials, including project sheets, resumes, and firm overviews.
  • Coordinate efforts to gather photography, video, and other media forms to effectively communicate our market position.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, journalism/communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience is required, with A/E/C experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the proposal process is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign); Illustrator experience is a plus.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing capabilities.
  • Exemplary integrity and ethical standards.
  • Effective communication skills (written, oral, and listening) to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently under time constraints.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster successful and lasting relationships.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
