Lean Process Development Specialist

The Continuous Improvement Intern position at G.S. Precision Inc. is an exciting opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in process improvement and lean manufacturing. Responsibilities:
- Identify areas for improvement through data analysis and process mapping
- Develop and implement process improvements, including lean initiatives and cost-saving measures
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
