We are a leading provider of supportive housing for individuals with serious mental illness and/or chronic medical issues such as HIV/AIDS. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the interior and exterior of our facilities, including snow removal and removal of hazardous conditions.
  • Complete work orders in an efficient and proficient manner.
  • Work effectively with clients and staff to ensure a pleasant and respectful environment.
  • Assist with fire safety and evacuation drills, procedures, and training.
  • Alert supervisors to any unusual occurrences or violations of rules and regulations.
  • Perform cleaning duties as assigned to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
  • Troubleshoot and perform repairs, including painting, patching, and sheet rocking, light plumbing, and electrical work.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
  • Driver's License required with a clean record for some locations
