Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in our team, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Scheduling appointments and dispatching service calls
  • Coordinating with field technicians and other team members
