We offer custom point-of-sale and video surveillance solutions tailored to the unique needs of our diverse client base, which includes thousands of retail stores and restaurants across California and Northern Nevada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and terminate Cat 6 and Cat 5e cabling.
  • Work at heights using ladders, scissor lifts, and access crawl spaces and attics.
  • Operate power tools and hand tools.
  • Program CCTV systems, software, IP cameras, managed switches, and firewalls, as well as troubleshoot PC/server and CCTV equipment.
  • Interact with customers and their equipment both in-person and remotely.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Windows 7.
  • Strong customer service and customer training skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout California and northern Nevada, including overnight stays.
  • Recommended experience with Networking and CCTV, but not required.
