Quality Business Machines is seeking a dedicated and skilled Point of Sale (POS) Service/Hardware Technician to join our team. We provide comprehensive technical sales and support solutions to a diverse range of retail establishments and restaurants throughout California and Northern Nevada.

Your Role:
  • Provide on-site installation and support for hardware components.
  • Offer on-site software troubleshooting and assistance.
  • Deliver in-office hardware support and maintenance.
  • Extend remote software support to our clients.
What We Look For:
  • Experience with PC/Microsoft Windows environments is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with POS and PC hardware is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of networking principles is beneficial.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout California and Northern Nevada, including overnight stays as required.
  • Reliable transportation is essential for this role.
