We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lash Stylist to join our team at The Lash Lounge Huntsville - Whitesburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests through your expertise and friendly attitude.

About the Role:

• Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere

• Educate guests on proper lash care and recommend our exclusive after-care products

• Promote our products and memberships, understanding and communicating their benefits

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension services, maintaining a clean and sterile work environment

• Generate new clientele through our referral programs, building strong relationships with our guests

Requirements:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license, or current enrollment in school

• 1+ years of experience as a Lash Stylist, with a preference for those with hand-made volume fans

• Strong customer service focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work some weekends and evenings, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
