Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lash Stylist to join our team at The Lash Lounge Huntsville - Whitesburg. As a Lash Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and sterile work environment, and to educate guests on proper lash care and recommend our exclusive after-care products.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive and welcoming experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Educate guests on the proper care and maintenance of their lashes, and recommend our exclusive after-care products
  • Understand and promote our products and membership programs
  • Perform high-quality eyelash extension services that meet our high standards
  • Generate new clientele through our referral programs
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to all health and safety protocols

Requirements:
  • Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license, or current enrollment in school
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Lash Stylist
  • Experience with hand-made volume fans is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company
