Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Manager to lead and supervise a team of service coordinators. This role requires strong leadership and people management skills, particularly in handling escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising a team of service coordinators
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure high performance
  • Handling escalated issues and resolving them efficiently
  • Monitoring team performance and implementing improvements as needed
  • Conducting regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions with team members
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Developing and implementing training programs for new hires and existing staff
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery
  • Preparing and presenting reports on team performance and service metrics
  • Maintaining a positive and motivating work environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in healthcare or homecare
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to handle escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for service coordination
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction

Salary: $75k - $90k/Year
