Healthcare Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Manager to lead and supervise a team of service coordinators. This role requires strong leadership and people management skills, particularly in handling escalated issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising a team of service coordinators
- Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure high performance
- Handling escalated issues and resolving them efficiently
- Monitoring team performance and implementing improvements as needed
- Conducting regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions with team members
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Developing and implementing training programs for new hires and existing staff
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery
- Preparing and presenting reports on team performance and service metrics
- Maintaining a positive and motivating work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in healthcare or homecare
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to handle escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for service coordination
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
Salary: $75k - $90k/Year
