Here’s what we’re brewing:

We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic Store Operations Leader to manage the daily operations of our stores. This individual will be a results-oriented leader, dedicated to delivering an outstanding guest experience while ensuring prompt service for our customers. The Store Operations Leader will inspire, develop, and guide their team while upholding operational excellence in line with Brand standards and contributing to the growth of profitable sales. Cultivating a people-first culture will be paramount, and this person's capability to lead and excel in a fast-paced environment will be crucial for achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Multi-Unit Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train all team members.
  • Prepare weekly schedules for staff to ensure sufficient coverage.
  • Plan, develop, and implement initiatives that enhance individual and team performance.
  • Execute strategies that drive sales by leveraging business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop talent through ongoing coaching and mentoring, assessing progress against goals and identifying training needs.
  • Lead team meetings.
  • Oversee all sanitation aspects in compliance with local health department and Brand standards.
  • Manage food inventory to ensure adequate supply levels and minimize waste.
  • Ensure all food safety standards are understood and adhered to by all staff members.
  • Control costs and maintain budgetary compliance.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in quick-service restaurants or similar environments, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in training others on all facets of restaurant operations.
  • Demonstrated skills in team management and delegation, with the ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Must possess the ability to communicate effectively in English, including reading and comprehending instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents.
  • Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED.

Requirements:

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment.
  • This role involves a 6-day work week with early morning start times; nights and holidays may be required based on business needs.
