IES Residential Inc is seeking a highly skilled Field Supervisor to lead our residential electrical team in Colorado Springs, CO. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of residential electrical experience, a valid OSHA Certification, and a Residential Wireman's license. They must be able to lift over 50lbs, possess excellent leadership and teamwork skills, and have a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing jobs safely and to the IES Residential standard, while also maintaining a clean driving record and current driver's license. The salary for this position is $70K to $85K, with eligibility for bonus pay.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strongly desired forklift experience
  • Self-starter capable of working independently without constant supervision
  • Must be able to lift over 50lbs
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Proficient in basic mathematics
  • Must have English verbal and written communication skills
