Current Opportunities:
We are actively seeking CNAs for both Day and Night Shifts at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Aiding residents with mobility and positioning.
- Transporting residents as needed.
- Responding promptly to resident calls.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident health status.
- Documenting care in electronic medical records.
- Participating in mandatory training and educational sessions.
- Supporting residents during meal times.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
- Strong documentation abilities; familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous.
- Proven work history with excellent attendance and reliability.
- A compassionate attitude and genuine passion for elder care.
- Patience and empathy for individuals requiring assistance.
