Requirements:
  • JD Degree: A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a significant focus on business law and/or in-house legal experience.
  • Receivables Management Experience: Experience in receivables management or collections is a plus.
  • Corporate Governance: Strong understanding of corporate governance principles.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
