Position Summary: Client Support Specialist - Contingent (Per Diem)

As a Client Support Specialist at MedVet, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and compassionate communication throughout their experience with us. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of veterinary operations, medical terminology, patient records, and financial processes. The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining precise data entry is crucial. The ideal candidate will exhibit a professional yet caring attitude in all interactions with clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients warmly upon their arrival
  • Manage incoming calls and route them as necessary
  • Accompany clients and their pets to examination areas
  • Oversee medical records and financial transactions
  • Clarify payment options and process transactions efficiently
  • Ensure a tidy and organized reception area
