Behavioral Support Specialists – To excel in this position, we seek candidates with experience in managing intense behavioral challenges, both verbal and physical. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, administering medications, performing housekeeping tasks, promoting decision-making, enhancing productivity, and encouraging participation in various activities and meaningful interactions within the community.

You will provide essential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those facing mental health, behavioral, and significant medical challenges. We are looking for staff who are patient, possess strong decision-making and crisis management skills, and are comfortable handling these behaviors. Previous experience in IDD, mental health, psychiatric care, or security is highly desirable.

Our Behavioral Support Specialists are more than just caregivers; you will serve as an advocate for the entire community of individuals with disabilities.
