Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled In Room Dining Supervisor to join our team at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for overseeing the set up and cleanup of all food and beverage preparation for hospitality functions, supervising food and beverage service and staff, and ensuring consistency throughout the function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the set up and cleanup of all food and beverage preparation for hospitality functions
  • Supervise food and beverage service and staff to ensure consistency throughout the function
  • Answer telephones and take or receive room service orders from cashiers and/or guests
  • Set up trays with proper condiments and utensils
  • Deliver trays to guest rooms as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
