**Overview**

ChildServe is a leading pediatric specialty healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to children with special needs. We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Clinical Psychologist or Post-Doctoral Fellow to join our multidisciplinary team.

**Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year

**Job Description:

  • Select and administer psychometrically sound instruments for assessments, interpreting results accurately.
  • Communicate assessment findings effectively with clients, families, and other relevant parties, maintaining dignity and respect.
  • Develop recommendations consistent with assessment results, child goals, family goals, and team consensus.
  • Design and implement treatment programs, including therapy, counseling, or advice, tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to set goals and plan actions for personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
  • Licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Iowa (Provisional License accepted for Post-Doctoral applicants).
  • Two years or more of licensed practice experience preferred.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum.
  • Trauma-informed psychologist with expertise in intellectual testing, cognitive & aptitude testing, autism diagnostics, and mental illness diagnostics.
