Administrative Documents Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Documents Specialist to join our team at a global insurance company in Red Bank, NJ.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents.
- Develop, implement, and maintain document control processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure document accuracy and availability.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures regarding document management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
