Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to patient safety, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing education to patients and families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Registered Nursing license issued by the State of Illinois
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- BLS through American Heart Association
- National Certification in area of specialty
