Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and serve a diverse range of coffee drinks, including espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos
  • Interact with patrons, take orders, and offer personalized recommendations
  • Create stunning latte art to enhance the presentation of each beverage
  • Ensure a tidy and organized workspace, including all equipment and tools
  • Adhere to health and safety standards to guarantee high-quality coffee products
  • Promote additional items such as pastries and snacks
  • Accurately manage cash transactions and operate the register
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Barista role or similar position is preferred
  • Understanding of coffee brewing methods and equipment
  • Familiarity with different coffee beans and blends is advantageous
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Eagerness to learn new coffee recipes and techniques
  • Experience handling cash transactions is a plus
