Job Overview

At Sherman Associates, we're seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you'll be the face of our Starbucks store, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality beverages and products to customers
  • Manage cash register and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and fast manner
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the store, including maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • Follow operational policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all partners
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Restaurant or coffee shop experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
