We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at HealthCARE Express. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain vital signs, including temperature, heart rate, pulse oximetry, blood pressure, and weight, to ensure accurate patient assessments.
  • Insert saline locks, provide advanced life support, and deliver wound care to promote patient healing and comfort.
  • Assist with pelvic exams, EKGs, and lab tests to support diagnostic and treatment efforts.
  • Administer various types of medications, including oral, intramuscular, and IV, to manage patient conditions.
  • Apply splints and sterile dressings, remove sutures and staples, perform venipuncture, and conduct TB skin tests to maintain patient safety and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
