About the Job

We are currently seeking a talented Registered Nurse to fill a full-time position in our Respiratory Unit at Lifespan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, providing expert care to patients with complex respiratory conditions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  2. Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  3. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in critical care or respiratory nursing
  • Rhode Island licensure as a Registered Nurse (or Compact license)
  • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or higher

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
