Nurse Supervisor

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor at Betsy Ross Nursing & Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Our facility is committed to providing a homelike environment with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the nursing department to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement staffing guidelines to meet resident needs.
- Communicate and ensure that policies, procedures, and practices are carried out to attain maximum resident care.
- Identify and respond to patient needs in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Monitor and document vital signs, treatments administered, and patient responses.
- Administer medications and treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and other vendors/services.
- Perform RN assessments to residents' post-incidents or change in condition.
- Lead and direct emergency situations.
- Current and good standing RN License in the State of New York.
- Experience with geriatric/short-term rehab/Alzheimer's patients is desirable.
- Progressive nursing experience and supervisory experience preferred.
- Dedicated to providing extraordinary, quality, compassionate care to each resident.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organization skills.
