As a medical assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering top-notch services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and prepare patients for physician visits while maintaining a positive and caring attitude.
  • Obtain and record patient information, vital signs, height, weight, allergies, current medications, medical history, chief complaint, etc.
  • Document patient plans of care, test, and exam results in electronic medical records as directed by physicians.
  • Draw and collect blood samples and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
  • Prepare, clean, and sterilize instruments and maintain equipment; stock patient exam rooms while maintaining cleanliness and organization, and dispose of contaminated items per protocol.
  • Provide ordered medications and/or vaccines via oral, injection, and/or topical administration.
  • Perform basic clerical duties including answering phones, maintaining records, and filing.
  • Perform basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking of supplies.

Requirements:

  • Medical Assistant experience in a clinic setting.
