Key Responsibilities:
Assist physicians in providing direct patient care and health teaching, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Deliver exceptional patient care by providing excellent customer service and participating in a team-centered approach.
Collaborate with the physician and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care, including patient families, order entry, and record keeping.
Provide clerical and patient-related support, including scheduling, patient billing, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year of experience in direct patient care, with a preference for phlebotomy and laboratory testing experience.
Excellent PC skills and BLS/CPR certification.
Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and independent decision-making skills.
