Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Housing Resource Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions in the Central/Downtown Los Angeles region.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, assisting them in finding suitable housing solutions. As a Housing Resource Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with participants, landlords, and external contacts to provide effective support and resources.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits and assessments to identify participant needs and develop personalized plans.
  • Provide information and referrals to community resources, such as housing programs, job training, and healthcare services.
  • Collaborate with landlords and property managers to secure affordable housing options for participants.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on participant progress and program outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, social work, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
