Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services to K-12 students across Massachusetts. As a vital member of our team, you will assess and diagnose communication disorders, create individualized treatment plans, and lead engaging online therapy sessions that significantly improve students' speech and language skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough speech and language assessments for preschool and K-12 students.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Track and document student progress.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student development and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Active ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) is required.
  • Valid MA state SLP license is required.
  • Experience working with K-12 students is preferred.
