Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of professionals serving the Boston area of Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.
- Assess cognition, language, and swallowing functions to ensure patient safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment.
- Provide patient and caregiver education.
- Accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements:
- Home healthcare experience is recommended but not required.
- Candidates must hold a valid MA Speech Language Pathologist license.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with various patients and medical professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
