Meridian Behavioral Health LLC stands at the forefront of behavioral health care and addiction recovery services, operating a network of treatment centers. We are seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to lead and provide expert consultation to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of top-tier nursing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all established policies and procedures while executing responsibilities.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and laws; assist in maintaining adherence to all State and Federal requirements; plan, organize, and direct facility operations to meet objectives and regulatory standards. Prepare necessary reports, maintain accurate records, and compile statistics as required.
  • Supervise nursing personnel effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure nursing services align with overall client care, staffing ratios, and program policies.
  • Maintain and enhance the clinical competencies of nursing staff, including training and certifying all TMAs.
  • Work with the Program Director and Human Resources to recruit, train, and retain qualified nursing staff.
  • Provide on-call support to nursing staff for inquiries and emergencies, with any additional shift coverage requiring prior approval.
  • Be available for intake personnel when necessary and respond promptly to admission confirmations.
  • Engage with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals to integrate services in line with facility policies and client care plans.
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure nursing staff are executing their duties in accordance with established nursing standards.
  • Review care plans weekly to verify that appropriate care is being administered.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN License required.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a chemical dependency facility.
  • 2-3 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
