Job Description

RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise QA Strategist to define and drive the QA strategy for our Enterprise IT projects.

This role requires a leader who can establish robust QA processes, lead QA automation efforts, and ensure the highest quality of software solutions through automated Quality Engineering (QE) practices.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, extensive hands-on experience with major QA tools in the market, and the ability to mentor and lead teams towards achieving excellence in quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the organization's goals
  • Develop and enforce QA policies, procedures, and best practices for enterprise IT projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes into the software development lifecycle
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated testing frameworks
  • Drive the adoption of automation tools and best practices across the QA team
  • Ensure test coverage, scalability, and performance of automated tests for complex enterprise systems
  • Oversee the execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring thorough testing across all project stages
  • Identify, track, and resolve defects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
  • Lead the continuous improvement of QA processes, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
  • Mentor and guide QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Manage the performance and development of QA team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Communicate QA progress, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in defining and implementing QA strategies and processes for enterprise IT projects
  • Hands-on experience with leading automation tools such as AccelQ, BrowserStack, Insomnia Selenium, or similar
  • Knowledge in automation tools such as Selenium with C#; API testing using Postman/Fiddler is desired
  • Expertise in using test management tools like JIRA, AccelQ, TestRail, ALM, or similar latest tools
  • Experience in integrating test management tools with CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and their integration with QA processes
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar
  • Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman, Insomnia, SoapUI, or similar
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including cloud platforms (Azure), ERP systems (Salesforce), and large-scale distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge on Azure PAAS is desired
