Requirements:
  • Leadership Background: Prior leadership experience in the realm of commercial aircraft maintenance;
  • Industry Knowledge: At least 3 years of experience working on large commercial aircraft interiors (Boeing, Airbus, etc.);
  • Certification Requirement: Hold an Airframe or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification;
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the team;
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities and organizational acumen;
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing technical data and managing parts orders;
  • Regulatory Acumen: Excellent grasp of regulatory mandates and safety protocols.
