We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team at Astra ABA, a leading provider of in-home, in-school, and remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in North Carolina. As a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced BCBAs to utilize their skills and expertise to drive exceptional outcomes for our clients. In this position, you will oversee caseloads, conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement policies, and provide daily support to staff members and families.

Responsibilities
  • Caseload Management: Oversee the completion of comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and areas of need for individuals with ASD.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures based on the principles of behavior analysis.
  • Staff Support: Provide daily support to staff members and families, promoting effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment interventions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of ABA and Autism treatment.
Requirements
  • A master's degree and educational coursework completed in the areas of child development, special education, psychology, or related field.
  • Active BACB Certification, meets BACB Supervisor requirements.
  • North Carolina LBA certification
  • A minimum of two years' experience working with children with Autism
  • Active CPR training
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and supervise both BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.
What We Offer

In exchange for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. This role also comes with opportunities for professional growth, ongoing training, and collaboration with a talented team of professionals.
