Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Queens, NY. As a Physical Therapist at Royal Care Certified, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse patients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop personalized physical therapy plans to promote optimal health and functionality.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques and strategies for managing chronic conditions.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Masters degree or greater in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in home care, preferably with Medicare Part A experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) is a plus, but not required.
