- Leadership role in Women's Cancer Research within the Drug Development Program
- Collaboration with the BMT/Cellular Therapies Program

Founded in 2005, HRI operates within a comprehensive six-hospital healthcare system in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area, encompassing over 100 outpatient facilities. The Cancer Research Division is closely affiliated with HonorHealth Cancer Care, serving a substantial number of newly diagnosed cancer patients in the region.

Division of Cancer Research Highlights:
1) Comprehensive Pancreatic Cancer Program offering multi-disciplinary care from initial diagnosis to advanced disease management.
2) Cutaneous Oncology Program dedicated to the treatment of melanoma and nonmelanoma skin cancers.

Clinical Research Oncologists at HRI benefit from being part of a community-focused research initiative with access to substantial resources and philanthropic backing. Faculty members have the opportunity to serve as adjunct faculty at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix.
Melanoma/Solid Tumor Cellular Therapy Research Role
HRI is looking for a Board-Certified Oncologist to lead the Melanoma and Solid Tumor Cellular Therapy Program, concentrating on advanced skin cancers in partnership with the HonorHealth Dermatology Residency Program. This program emphasizes uveal/ocular melanoma through clinical trials and translational research.
The Research Oncologist will oversee Phase 1 and 2 clinical trials and engage in translational research with various institutions, focusing on cellular therapy and bispecific antibody trials.
Pancreatic Cancer Research Role
HRI is in search of a Board-Certified Oncologist for the Pancreatic Cancer Research Program, which provides treatment options across all disease stages, emphasizing early cancer detection and involvement in national cancer networks.
Women's Cancer Research Role
HRI is seeking a Board-Certified Medical Oncologist to spearhead the drug development program for women's cancers, enhancing Phase 2 and 3 research initiatives and expanding Phase 1 efforts.
Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)/Cellular Therapies Role
HRI is looking for a Board-Certified Oncologist to collaborate with the BMT program on cellular therapy, broadening treatment options for hematologic malignancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical expertise in the execution of clinical trials
- Foster relationships with HRI and HonorHealth Cancer Care
- Oversee clinical trials with the support of a dedicated team
- Implement research protocols in compliance with FDA standards
- Assess patient eligibility for participation in trials
- Adhere to industry best practices
- Present findings at national conferences
