We are looking for an enthusiastic Recreation Leader-Athletics to manage the daily operations of the Paducah Recreation Center. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all programs, classes, leagues, and events run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing program schedules and activities, and supervising staff and volunteers as needed.
  • Managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Processing payments and membership fees, and maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the recreation facility, and reporting any maintenance needs to supervisors.

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school degree or equivalent, one year of experience in recreation, sports, or customer service-related fields, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
