About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Santa Barbara Honda. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect vehicle and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new and used vehicle inventory, features, and benefits.
  • Sales Techniques: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and professionalism.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
