About the Role
As a Customer Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Support Specialists, providing guidance and support to help them deliver exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for monitoring daily workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize team performance. In addition, you will assist the management team with recruitment and training activities, helping to build a strong and diverse team that reflects the needs of our patients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Leading and guiding a team of Care Support Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitoring daily workflows to ensure that team members are meeting performance goals and adhering to policies and procedures
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize team performance
  • Assisting the management team with recruitment and training activities
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, caregivers, and internal stakeholders
