Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Rehabilitation Aide to join our team at Athens Orthopedic Clinic. As a Rehabilitation Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our physical therapy team in providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal functionality and patient safety.
  • Complete daily tasks on the Aide Checklist to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  • Float on the clinic floor and assist with patient setup and teardown of GameReady machines.
  • Ensure equipment is safely secured at the end of the day and treatment areas are neat and clean.
  • Maintain linen in a neat and clean manner, following infection control policies for handling used linen.
  • Perform supply management to ensure the gym areas are appropriately stocked.
  • Assist front desk specialists as needed, under the direction of the Manager of Support Operations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, employee, and company information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by therapists or management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software - Word, Outlook.
  • Good communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
