Position Responsibilities:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:

  • Architectural Modeling: Collaborate with the team to develop detailed 3D models of various structures.
  • Rendering: Create photorealistic visualizations for marketing and client presentations that embody the project's vision.
  • Utilize virtual walkthroughs through advanced software.
  • Presentation Graphics: Collaborate with project teams to produce illustrative drawings for presentations.
  • Enhance the visual assets for marketing and web purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in rendering with a supporting portfolio.
  • Proficiency in multiple Adobe applications to convey design intent.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong grasp of architectural design principles and interior design.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant firm.
  • On-site presence required.

Technical Skills:

  • Digital file management.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with Bluebeam Revu for project collaboration.
