Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN to join our Cardiac Stepdown team at Dearborn Hospital. As a Cardiac Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient information and progress in the health record
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current MI Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months
  • Specialty certification in Cardiac Care or Telemetry nursing highly recommended
