Transmission Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Transmission Engineer to lead our underground transmission line projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the technical design and execution of complex projects, leveraging your expertise in high-voltage systems and underground utility projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of underground transmission projects, including trenchless installation techniques, from concept through completion.
  • Act as the technical lead for underground transmission line design, bringing expertise in high-voltage systems and underground utility projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and technical requirements.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews, mentoring junior engineers in best practices and project standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical or transmission line engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
