Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RN Manager to oversee the Birthing Center at our client's facility located in Colorado. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the Birthing Center
  • Collaborate with the Chief Clinical Officer to develop and implement strategic plans for the department
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure the efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of OB Nursing experience
  • Prior leadership experience is preferred
  • Graduate from a school of nursing with a bachelor's degree or to be obtained within 2 years of acceptance
