Licensed Practical Nurse Specialist

Floral Long Term Care is seeking a skilled LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team. As an integral member of our care staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Assisting with admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents
Documenting resident care services in medical records and department logs
Providing education and support to residents and their families regarding treatment plans and changes in condition
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to infection control policies and procedures
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality of care and resident satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A valid nursing degree from an accredited institution or completion of an approved LPN program
* Experience in long-term care preferred
* Strong communication skills and positive attitude required
* Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Competitive salary range $60,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience
