This is a dynamic opportunity for a Healthcare Nurse Specialist to join our team at TemPositions Health Care in New York. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to residents within the scope of your practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, including catheter care, wound management, dressing changes, nebulizer treatments, and medication administration.
  • Supervise the care provided by Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Manage and administer medications, assist residents with self-administration, and maintain accurate records in the electronic health record.
Requirements:
  • A valid license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of New York.
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification.
  • Experience in assisted living, post-acute, or long-term care settings is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
