  • Present Menus and Assist with Drink Selection: Present menus to residents, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selection to ensure their dining experience is tailored to their preferences.
  • Communicate Resident Orders: Utilize our state-of-the-art point of sale system to accurately communicate resident orders to the kitchen staff.
  • Complete Dining Room Opening and Closing Duties: Perform all necessary opening and closing duties, as established by your community, to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Possess a big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Food Service Experience: Currently hold a Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, kitchen staff, and other team members.

  • Flexible Schedule: Work a full-time schedule, Tuesday to Saturday, 6AM to 2PM.
